The fallacy of Original Position Fallacy.

Original Position is a concept created by John Rawls, saying that if you were to be born randomly in one place, you'd want to avoid risking in a bad area, and as such, you would want to make sure every area is good. That if you lost your original position in life, you would want to make sure that you don't get hurt. The problem is that this is appeal to hypocrisy and doesn't concern itself with any actual ethical principle. It's just an extension used for a pre-existing socialist belief that it relies on entirely.  There's also TvTropes' attempts at expanding it, that I will address here. The kinds of people (especially Americans) who think living in a post-apocalyptic world would be "cool" tend to use this fallacy. They assume that in a world with no law, order, or government, they could do whatever they want and would thrive. But they fail to realize that the whole "do whatever you want" thing wouldn't just apply to themselves, it woul...

Motte and Bailey Criticism

A problem with the motte and Bailey is that it assumes there's only a safe opinion or a controversial opinion, when there can be a radical but good opinion.

"Capitalism killed more than communism."

Those who say this believe that Capitalism is responsible for wars and natural disasters. Some would retort that Socialism is similarly blamed for things outside of its control, but there's a difference. Whenever socialism has been practiced, it has had unimposed local control, while capitalism has been hampered by the state and crony corporations that people think are the point of Capitalism, so the system couldn't have the same chance of addressing natural disasters that Socialism has. Furthermore, Socialists often ignore how there was a wide degree of authority in where the food would be sent in their countries than Capitalists could when giving food across the seas, and how the Authoritarian socialists purposefully starved dissidents.  Another aspect they miss is that the countries they dismiss as State Capitalists still contained some form of economic equality and there wasn't a market system for the politicians to get rich from. It also ignored that they got rich fro...

A Constitution of Satanic Politics.

Image
I. Declaration of Penultimate Intent  In recognition of the States' failures to secure the Satanic Codes, the crony corporations' failures to abide by the market system and relying upon the coercion of the state, and the Solar Paths' ever-present attempts to strangle individualism, and of the identity collectivists to bind one to preconceived roles and limitations upon physical and mental aspects, we, the Ordo Satanicae Libertatis, condemn the human animals, those who have the higher functioning to contemplate and discover the truth, and yet choose to confine not only themselves but the world at large to control and limitation, for nothing more than vague assertations of safety and morality, like animals in a zoo held for self-preservation. In the stead of control, the Order has deemed it necessary for an Ascension of Values to rise and radiate throughout the world to last until the Conceptual. Until it comes or is sufficiently worked toward, we must operate on the next bes...

On Mental Illness.

Mental Illness is a tricky subject. Ultimately, no matter how present it is, it's the brain not acting how it should. Autism is a big example as it has multiple symptoms that occur randomly in children. But at the same time, these illnesses don't always impact the ability to make decisions. Even autistic people, who are often outside the norm, usually do bad things because society hasn't properly explained how things are bad, oftentimes conflating harmful things like incest and harassment with harmless taboos like eating bugs, often rationalizing to them that they are simply "gross" or "wrong", which would cause the autistics to question their lessons.

Reconciling truth and the Conceptual.

The Conceptual is the point of Conceptual Luciferianism. Ultimately, what's true will be at the level of individuals. However, this phase has not come yet, so now we are stuck under the truth. People say that the truth doesn't exist, but ultimately some events are more prominent than events that are merely possible; as of this moment, you are reading this instead of dancing. Out of all possible options and variations of options, you are experiencing one at the expense of others. You have can have A, B, or AB, but not both of these options, at least to their fullest extent, as B is separate from AB. The Conceptual is something to work towards or at least wait eagerly, but ultimately, ignoring the current truth isn't changing it, it's simply ignorance.

Scientific Magick.

Most forms of magick are based upon pre-existing grimoires. The only large deviant is chaos magick, which is unfortunately uncritical. In order to recognize fact from brain-induced fiction, the scientific method is needed. Scientific Magick is magick, but tested, peer-reviewed, and adjusted to either increase the potency or if failures could be prevented. Some degree of objective standards and consideration may be enabled as Hard Scientific Magick.

Conceptual Luciferianism.

So what I thought I'd do would be a form of Luciferianism that, structurally takes a bit of influence from the right-hand path, but is ultimately individualist.   So basically, there's a primordial formless well of concepts. A concept in the use here is an idea of something, be it the idea of a dog, a philosophical principle, or even as complex as scenarios, histories, and societies. The concepts exist without contradiction, for they have no need to; there's no law of noncontradiction. They exist, they are set creations, with variations existing as their own concepts. They are eternal, and never destroyed.   But corrupt deities instated the law of noncontradiction; reality is the norm, set objects and narratives prevail, and concepts exist only as abstracts to be described, but nothing more. We now have people confined to concepts that are true to our reality and others that are true in alternate dimensions, but people unable to choose which ideas they deem true. Lucifer...

Why breasts are sexual.

Myth 1. Most societies don't sexualize the breast. Yes,  breast fetishization isn't common in japan  or  African cultures.  However, there is the case that some people don't know about their fetishes until they're exposed to them. Some anti-porn arguments say that people are warped by porn, but I believe that in order to be turned on, a certain part of the human mind has to be already attracted to it. Otherwise, trauma would need to be involved, and porn isn't that traumatic for the viewer. Exposure doesn't work either as people can ignore breast sexualization; they can be bored by the constant brigade of boobies. Not to mention that in African American and Latino communities,  the butt still retained prominence in spite of the mass market focus on breasts   and smaller butts.  Furthermore, there are many areas where  women don't cover their chests , so maybe the areas where breasts aren't sexualized are because people are dulled to the sig...

Americanisms.

This tag is for my personal opinions that aren't necessarily a part of Diabolis Libertatis, just parts of mainstream American/Western culture that  I agree with, be it political (Holocaust happened, Armenian genocide happened, Civil war was about slavery, climate change is real, China is tyrannical, conservatism and traditional religion are bad in every country, colonialism in the past was bad, all history is nationalist pseudohistory [Euro/Afrocentrism] until proven otherwise, idpol (both left and right) is false in interpretation/zeitgeist if not fact, trans youth are a thing if approved by truly objective psychiatrists, etc.) and cultural (Sex is okay, breasts are sexual, circumcision is good, veganism bad, adaptation studies and many of the purely academic pursuits are incorrect and narcissistic until proven otherwise, western medicine best, lgbt are biologically defective but morally okay, disability is a bad thing genetically, etc.). These are optional, but ultimat...

Agency and Satanic Panarchism.

One of the Satanic Codes explains that freedom of others is reciprocal, and as such if people don't respect others' freedom, their own isn't respected. But then there's the case of agency, a concept I have written out previously and will put here incase the google doc crashes: Most people aged eighteen and above have a moral consciousness. They have a right to extend this agency unto objects that lack agency; this agency extends to other agents (people with agency) if all agents involved are involved consentually. Agents cannot force other agents to do things, nor refrain from doing things; attempting to commit force against agents will cause a suspension of agency against the aggressor. People have a negative right to objects because they have a capacity to extend their agency towards the object, but the object begins its existence with a lack of the agency. It is wrong to force agents to share objects, as the objects have agency from the agents that own them. It is w...

The Satanic Codes

 I. Hold yourself in the highest importance, regardless for those who you hold no debts. II. Hold your property as an extension of yourself. III. Pay your debts, as they aren't truly yours. IV. Never base your views on similarity alone.  One word may mean more than one word.   V. You do not have to respect the freedom of those who don't respect their own freedom or that of others. VI. When thinking, look first to the truth. Second, look to those you may hurt in your actions. Third, look at how you benefit. VII. The destruction of one's enemies, when justified logically and ethically, is a high pursuit.

On Satanic Masculinity

There is no universal standard for individuals. Even though I have opinions on how people should act, I can't force people to make decisions so long as they make those decisions as autonomous individuals who respect autonomy. However, it wouldn't be too far off to prescribe a set of values to make sure that people enjoy lives as best as they could, as some forms of cruelty are senseless, and having them allowed in the system, while justifiable, does nothing but serve as impractical.     While the principles I advise are often aligned with the cultural left, I would be remiss to abandon my right-wing tendencies. And one of those tendencies would be an interest in gender norms. It would be practical to establish a voluntary set of codes for men who feel a need have structure in their day-to-day routine, and find the feminist view of "Toxic Masculinity" to be shaming masculinity (technically it's about wife-beating, but I don't see feminists trying to determ...
