A Constitution of Satanic Politics.

I. Declaration of Penultimate Intent

 In recognition of the States' failures to secure the Satanic Codes, the crony corporations' failures to abide by the market system and relying upon the coercion of the state, and the Solar Paths' ever-present attempts to strangle individualism, and of the identity collectivists to bind one to preconceived roles and limitations upon physical and mental aspects, we, the Ordo Satanicae Libertatis, condemn the human animals, those who have the higher functioning to contemplate and discover the truth, and yet choose to confine not only themselves but the world at large to control and limitation, for nothing more than vague assertations of safety and morality, like animals in a zoo held for self-preservation. In the stead of control, the Order has deemed it necessary for an Ascension of Values to rise and radiate throughout the world to last until the Conceptual. Until it comes or is sufficiently worked toward, we must operate on the next best thing, the current reality.

II. Methodology and Procedure

1. The current governments of the world shall be replaced by the Ordo Satanicae Libertatis, their services performed by the Order, and any unjust laws removed. Any organization that relied on state power without being a direct department (e.g. Crony Capitalism) shall be absorbed into the Order's Economic Branch. Companies that utilize fraud and other contract violations (i.e. Nestle) will be acclimated. The economics branch will offer work contracts designed by the citizens if profitable, and by the branch if not.

2. The Order's Humanities Branch will be utilized primarily to fulfill the material needs of the masses in a way that meets the standard of the Satanic Codes:

  • Settlements between cultures should provide material wealth and security while pushing them towards Diabolus Libertatis, or, as an alternative, rebuild the cultures to prioritize individualism and utilize mutual self-interest to justify tradition. Handling criticisms based on inequality/harm should be to debunk it if possible, or to debunk any identity politics, then resolve the issue if it truly exists and is unjustifiable absolutely true. The Branch should be based upon cultural centrism, not serving liberalism or conservatism unless those ideas have absolutely, truly sufficient arguments.
  • The environment, being necessary to support humanity, shall be preserved, and pollution shall be reversed to prevent endocrine disruption and other harms.
  • The arts shall be funded if they are politically neutral or politically supportive.
  • The education system will be based upon the best evidence and Satanic/logical analysis, and work to mold the youth into self-expressive and productive individuals.
  • The Humanities Branch will be house a coalition of the Libertarian Party and Green Party in the United States and comprised of similar parties and organizations in other acclimated nations. Smaller interests may be part of factions of either party, so long as they do not corrupt the core principles. This coalition will serve as an advisory of the Order, but not have final say, as well as give a veneer of secular/liberal democracy. It will be concerned and have some control over the domestic policies of states under Order domain. 
  • It will also be advised by a group of experts known as the Professionals to make educated decisions, such as Professional of Education and Professional of Medicine. They will be elected by boards employed by the Order.
The Branch will be overseen by the Order.

3. The Order will be dedicated to politics and philosophy that hasn't been determined by the Order (i.e the determination of societal evils and abstract questions), as well as petitions sent by the public in order to inform the Order or arguments and details it may not be aware of. The good parts of the argument (if any) will be acclimated into Diabolus Libertatis, while the bad parts (if any) will be refuted and posted on the Order's website for public information. This duty will be handled by the Order's Clergy, working to preserve and construct upon Satanic Philosophy. Foreign policy will be handled by the Emperor (named for s/he will lead the Empire that spread Diabolus Libertatis), an individual chosen by the Clergy based upon an objective standard of how Satanic/logical the individual is; the emperor will be the most pious individual of the whole world (or at least as much the Order can influence) no matter the personal background (the position doesn't need to be held by a Satanist; an irreligious individual may also hold the position so long as they don't try to suppress the power of the Clergy. The Professionals will also advise the Emperor on military/diplomatic strategy. And finally, the last Group within the Order will be the Supervisors. This will be a group that makes sure the Clergy is making logical decisions. They will only be required to know logical arguments, critical thinking, and be given the latest in updates to know the most they can in order to make sure the Clergy isn't being irrational. They will also be aware of the teachings of the Diabolus Libertatis to know if the Clergy is acting within the proper guidelines of the church. The Supervisors won't make rules or judgments concerning the path itself, but they will evict members of the Clergy that are corrupt or fail to be utilizing logic or the true sentiments of Satanic Philosophy.

The hierarchy of the Order is as follows:


The Clergy shall be the main head, with the branches beneath it meant to help alleviate the burden of ruling, while remaining under the control of the Clergy.

III. Implementation

1. Peaceful means will be attempted; however, war is a reserved option, especially if the Conceptual needs to be done through human hands.

The first countries needed to be claimed will be the US, China, the nations of Africa, and Israel/Palestine.

The US, in spite of its numerous flaws, is still interesting as it was one of, if not the first nation to be built upon classical liberal values. While these values are not respected, they still give the nation a love for freedom that can be built upon for Diabolus Libertatis. Such freedoms include gun rights and abortion, which are controversial and regulated outside of the states.

China should be claimed as they are one of the biggest threats against Diabolis Libertatis outside of the west. The CCP is nationalist, economically collectivist and state-controlled, and they seek to expand influence.

The nations of Africa are necessary on pragmatic and philosophical grounds. The continent is rich in numerous raw materials and much of the land is fertile for goods foreign to the continent. Philosophically, it is the birthplace of man, and yet has been dumped upon by the rest of the world, with European and recently some Asian exploitation draining the continent, and systems such as cronyism and communism harming it further. Diabolus Libertatis should bring or at least assist in the rebirth of the land and its peoples.

Israel/Palestine aren't truly practical, no more so than the other unmentioned lands, but it serves a religious significance to Diabolus Libertatis. The so-called Holy Land is held sacred by three submission-based religions who are by design opposed to Diabolus Libertatis: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Not only are these religions popular, but they are also influential, and the latter two are based upon proselytization, while the first tries to occupy the land based upon irredentist claims of exile while ignoring that they can't name the specific individuals exiled beyond "My people" or "ancestors" and other collectivist names for strangers barely related to themselves. As such, the land needs to be claimed in order to show dominance, to show that the Abrahamic order has been dethroned. Vatican City will also be claimed for similar reasons as well as the existence of their treasures, vaults, and ledger.

2. Once the Order has achieved dominant hegemony, expansion will slow and any force would be redirected towards maintaining influence.

Under the domain of the Order, those who wish for a separate system will be allowed to do so so long as they don't coerce anyone in order to procure such a system. The Order will even financially support them so long as they acknowledge that their preferred systems are unethical without having a base in Diabolus Libertatis, as well as having them plead to be peaceful in enforcing negligible crimes. Services provided by the Order may also be provided by other entities, with force being a possible exemption supposing the alternative suppliers follow a different ethical code that they wish to enforce (I.e. Bans on unlicensed activities, prosecution of revenge justifiable under Diabolus Libertatis). The Order should also try to monopolize all businesses if possible, as well as claim the properties of hostile opposers, with exception towards items their families consider sentimental. Any confiscated economic property will partially fund the lives of the families as well.

3. Criminal Justice will be a mixture of penalism and rehabilitation. The death penalty, to reduce the strain of people living on the system will be applied, but with the following principles:
  • It is reserved solely for especially cruel high-level crimes, such as ideological (hate, socialism, Christian, etc.), remorseless, intrafamilial, serial/mass offense, done against children, and committed by any member of the Order.
  • It is not used disproportionately against any group or individual,  through bigotry, bribery,  or any other unjust reason. If any bias is suspected, the Order is to organize an investigation to research any bias and correct it.
  • Extra scrutiny should be used, and as such, any piece of evidence that can prove evidence can be brought in, no matter how inconvenient to the judicial system, nor if it's brought in seconds before execution. The execution must be postponed in order to evaluate the evidence. Anyone proven to have intentionally abused this clause will be fined.
Like most sensible systems, the court will have to prove that the accused committed the crime. Juries will not be picked, as the average citizen is not equipped to deal with morals and ethics. Heresiarchs (local priests) of Diabolus Libertatis, as well as secularists preserving the Law of Neutrality, will judge. Trials in absentia will be utilized given how people can't be imprisoned on a hunch. In order to assist with crime, large-scale surveillance will be in place, with the finest cameras available; footage will be stored for a week unless pertinent; Artificial intelligence will help human workers identify crimes in progress.

Crime, which will only include acts that are nonconsensual for a minimum of one involved party, shall be tracked by three levels:

1. Negligible: Crimes that should be lightly enforced through fines or short-term punishments. These are crimes that won't deeply affect the victims and can be adjusted easily. These include trespassing, theft of retail goods and services, embezzlement, and vandalism.

2. Considerable: Crimes that deserve some degree of jail time for no longer than five years and no less than one and/or a heftier fine. These crimes can be life-altering in some minor way. This can include property damage, theft of personal property, and contractual violation. Negligible crimes that can't be easily resolved are elevated to Considerable.

3. High-level: Crimes that concern the violations of self-ownership. These incur at least ten years in prison and possible entry into Heresiarchry. These include murder, assault, rape, torture, arson, and abduction.

Crime reduction will be by instilling values in school, and anti-poverty measures. Crimes will be charged only in themselves, even if the accused committed previous offences, as the crime is still an action independent of other previous actions.

The Satanic Codes

 I. Hold yourself in the highest importance, regardless for those who you hold no debts. II. Hold your property as an extension of yourself. III. Pay your debts, as they aren't truly yours. IV. Never base your views on similarity alone.  One word may mean more than one word.   V. You do not have to respect the freedom of those who don't respect their own freedom or that of others. VI. When thinking, look first to the truth. Second, look to those you may hurt in your actions. Third, look at how you benefit. VII. The destruction of one's enemies, when justified logically and ethically, is a high pursuit.

Goetification and Infernomancy.

 I recently came across  this source,  which claimed that the Ars Goetia was bad because many female entities were made male. Ignoring the issues with their aversion, they act as if changing it would be bad. Most of these entities were Gods in solar paths. Reinterpreting them to allow the individual access to their power wouldn't be unjust. This process, which I call Goetification, is when deities that thrive of subjugation and destruction of the individual are made into engines for the use of Magick. Given the past of the previous woman-to-man gender flips, male-to-female creations will be allowed, so long as they aren't based on idpol. Another method would be Infernomancy, which would be trying to access the evil sides of solar paths, such as the near-universal sins of greed, lust, destruction of enemies, and praise of the self.
